  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders placed during high-demand periods (like festivals or sales) may take slightly longer to process.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take additional time.

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your package arrives securely.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders above a specific amount (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include a small handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number. If you face any tracking issues, our support team is happy to help.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier disruptions.

  • POiSON is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we always do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

6. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. POiSON is not liable for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India. We are working to expand our reach to international customers soon.
